Sit. Talk. Listen. Connect.  You're Never Alone.

Sometimes, all it takes is a place to sit, someone to listen and the courage to start a conversation.

The Legends Bench is about bringing people together and reminding everyone in our community that you don't have to face things on your own.

Whether you're struggling yourself, worried about a friend or family member, feeling lonely, or simply need someone to talk to, there is help available.

The organisations below provide confidential advice, support and someone who will listen.
